Do I need to have an account to buy from

No, you dont have to have an account to buy. However you must be 18 years and above.

How do I order on

Shopping on is so easy! Once you've found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  1. Click on 'buy this item' to add this product to your shopping cart.
  2. On the next page your item will show. 
  3. If you want to add more items to your cart click on "Update Cart".
  4. If you dont want to add more and you want to complete your purchase, then just click on "checkout".
  5. On the next page enter your contact and delivery information.
  6. If you have a discount code, enter it in the Gift card and discount code block under your order summary and click apply to activate it.
  7. After you have filled in your information click on "continue to shipping".
  8. Select your shipping destination or click on pick-up to collect from our Head Offices.
  9. Click on continue to payment and choose your preferred payment option.
  10. Click on "complete order" to access the payment portal and complete your order.

Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email, or we will contact you for confirmation in case we need more details. How do I pay on

  1. Credit/Debit/Cheque Card - Pay securely with your Mastercard or Visa. We make use of the 3D-Secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank; this links you directly to your bank via a secure link. How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 5 to 7 working days in South Africa. We deliver within 10 days outside of South Africa and 14 days if there are any delays. We try to do our best to deliver as fast as possible so we can maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet our service level requirements.

How will my order be delivered?

How can I track my order?
